   What Mom Never Told You About Places to visit in Delhi?

Delhi is a very Amazing city. We can also say it MINI India because you can see their people of every state and Religion. I visited in Delhi and wanna tell you about the place and things which you normally not read from any articles and now am going to share my Experience about my Delhi trip and Places to Visit in Delhi and Yes, you can also travel in Delhi by Delhi metro.
Here’s the perfect itinerary for visiting Delhi:

Places to visit at Delhi

There are many places to visit but I suggest few of tremendous places where you can visit with your family and friends and literally you will enjoy there and Yes you can also travel to Delhi by Delhi metro and definitely it makes easy and comfortable to visit so below I provide you list with the nearby metro station.
List of places to visit :

1.   India Gate

India Gate
India Gate is the beauty and proud of Delhi. I recommend you should visit there at night or during Rainy time literally, you will fall in love with this place and at night it looks amazing. It made in the memories of 82000 soldiers both Indian and British, who died during the First world war and Amar Jawan Jyoti is the burning structure, right the archway. It built in the memories of this soldiers. Along India gate children park is also there for children. you can also do boating here and enjoy different types of street foods. Janpath metro station is nearest to India gate which is present on the violet line.

2.  Red Fort

  Red Fort is a monument of Mughal time. It is very old and also knows as Lal Qila because it is made up of Red sandstone and Built by Fifth  Mughal Emperor  Shah Jahan and Architect by Ustad Ahmad Lahiri. 
In current time Prime Minister of India hoists Flag of India on 15th August Independence Day every year and deliver speech early in the Morning for the public and it lies along Yamuna River and Nearest Metro Station is Red FortPresent on Violet Line

3.  Purana Qila

Purana Qila is the oldest fort of Delhi but still look stunning and it was believed to have been built under Humayun and Afghan Sher Shah Suri and Along their boundaries sultan had created lake For Protection Purpose but in current this lake is used for boating and Museum is also available inside the fort through we can know about their culture, tools and religion and architecture of fort is tremendous and lovely to see their structure and there are many different structures used in it and you can see many unique and different things which can’t be explainable by words and on the right side of Purana Qila Zoo of Delhi is there. Nearest metro station  to Purana Qila is Pragati Maidan present onBlueline

4. Qutub Minar


Qutub Minar
Qutub Minar is the tallest Minaret in the world which made up of bricks and it is made by Qutub-ud-din-Aibak. It located in Mehrauli and it is also one of the famous wonders of Delhi and the structure of it and script which is used in it is quite amazing and unique. we can’t understand what all written there but it looks attractive and a park is created around the minar and peaceful place it is. The nearest metro station is Qutub Minar present on the yellow line.

5. Jama Masjid

Jama Masjid
Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques in India. It made by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to prey from there which we called “Namaz”. It also comes in old Delhi the structure of it same as other mosques and Jama Masjid which are in different countries. there are 3 domes on the terrace surrounded by 2 minarets and the capacity of the mosque is more than 25000+ people. This mosque connects us with history and also from their amazing architectural Techniques and knowledge. The nearest Metro station is  Jama Masjid present on the violet line.

6. Lotus Temple

Lotus Temple looks like a white coloured lotus flower. It is known as “Bahi temple” because it is bahi’s house of worship. But it open for all religion and this wonderful lotus is surrounded by artificial small ponds which look completely sky blue.  and in it not permitted to speak there. you will be aware of real peace in it.  In this temple not a single statue of any god you can see in it. you found only space to sit there and observe peace of there. It makes mind relax and refresh. It is one of the best places which show beauty with benefits. Lotus temple has awarded many times for their beauty and tourism so when you visit there definitely you will like this. The Nearest metro station is Kalka Ji present on the violet line.

7. Humayun Tomb

Humayun Tomb
Humayun Tomb is quite Amazing and peaceful place. It is spread in 30 acres. It is the tomb of Humayun as it shows through their name. Before the main tomb there several small monuments you can see on the way of the tomb. All are made in Persian style. In which grave of Mughals found and this tomb is made for it. The grave of Humayun and his wife and other Mughals is there. HereChar-Bagh “Persian-style garden” is found there four gardens and in the centre of this tomb is located and looks fabulous and Its beauty can’t be described by the word. so visit there see their beauty and uniqueness yourself. The nearest metro station is Jhangpura present on Violet line.

8.Tomb Of Safdar Jang

Safdarjung Tomb
Safdarjang Tomb is the last monumental garden of Mughals. It is made in Mughals style with the dome and for Nawab Safdarjung who ruled on Awadh During the period of Muhammad Shah. It is another peaceful and beautiful place. In front of the tomb, we can also see a small water body and two row of long trees which increase their beauty. The Nearest metro station is JorBagh Present on Yellow line.
